Cozy Kitchen Covers Custom Orders Policy, Payment Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Custom Orders Policy

   I make custom covers using the customer's appliance dimensions and then I add 1/4 - 1/2 inch seams to the height, width across the front, and the depth.  **If you require pinpoint accuracy,  I'm not the seamstress for the job.

The two biggest hurdles I have with custom appliance covers is

1. The customer supplying the proper appliance dimensions to me.
2. The customer requires exactness regarding those supplied dimensions.  I am not capable of pinpoint accuracy.

Custom Covers & Fabrics - I sew my covers using prequilted fabrics.  I'm happy to consider making custom covers with the quilted fabrics that I have available to me either locally or on-line.  Fabrics that I don't normally work with will not be considered. 

I require a non-refundable supplies deposit to buy the necessary fabric in order to make your custom cover. The non-refundable deposit will be determined by me, Jennifer, as each fabric varies and price, and each cover varies in dimension. You and I will have to come to an agreement about whether you want to pay that amount.

Should you choose not to purchase after I have made the custom cover, you may walk away from the transaction, no harm done.  I get to keep the non-refundable supplies deposit for the materials that I had to buy.

Should you change your mind regarding the custom cover(s) project at any time, and believe you are entitled to a refund, please see my Payment Policy.

Should you choose to purchase, my appliance covers generally will ship within one week via Priority Mail.
  

   Payment Policy

   I accept Pay Pal, U.S. money orders and checks from U.S. banks. I do call to verify funds in the checking account before I cash any checks.

  Payment for custom covers - I require a non-refundable supplies deposit to buy the necessary fabric in order to make your custom cover. The non-refundable deposit will be determined by me, Jennifer, as each fabric varies and price, and each cover varies in dimension.

Custom covers are rarely able to be resold in my store. If you decide you are unhappy with the cover or have simply changed your mind and want to cancel the transaction, then:
Concerning refund of deposit:
1. I do not issue refunds on mutually agreed upon custom order fabric supply deposits.

2. If the cover was made with gross flaws by me, Jennifer, then I will simply try again if we can come to an agreement. If we can't come to an agreement, I will refund any money paid in above the required non-refundable deposit.

   Returns and Refunds Policy

   If you find the cover that you ordered (not a custom cover) is not to your liking or doesn't fit your appliance, you may return it at your own expense. 

I am happy to refund any money for items you're not satisfied with. I ask that they are returned unsoiled, and unbroken within 14 days of purchase.  Once I receive my cover, I will refund the purchase price and the shipping. 

  I also do exchanges.

  Shipping Policy

I ship using the on-line USPS and UPS services. Those come with delivery tracking. I've shipped this way with my e-bay store for years and have had no packages get lost. Should one ever get lost in the mail, I'll be happy to supply a replacement at no charge to you, the customer.
